Booking
Requests are done through our booking system which can be accessed via iOS and Andriod app as well as website. We encourage Clients to use the “Note” feature if there are any special instructions you would like us to follow that day (ex/ towel by the front door to wipe paws)
Brooklyn Bark DOES NOT accept requests via email, text messages, phone calls or verbal.
Office Hours:
10 am- 6 pm; Monday-Friday
Walking/Visiting Hours:
10am-6pm ; Monday - Friday
Off Hours: (including Holidays and Weekends)
When a visit is requested outside normal walking hours Mon-Fri, Brooklyn Bark will do their best to accommodate these requests. Fulfilling services before 10 AM and/or after 6 PM is based on Care Associate availability.
Services are offered on weekends and holidays Brooklyn Bark operates with a limited and rotating staff. This is to be sure that Care Associates get the time off they need. Brooklyn Bark will make best efforts to accommodate these requests.
Please note: there are additional fees for “Off-Hours” services. See the schedule under “Additional Service Fees”.
We provide service 365 days.
We offer service on all Major Holidays. $12 fee for Major Holidays and holiday weekends. These include Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Years Eve/Day. Please book in advance if you need holiday service.
$8 fee for minor holidays and holiday weekends (days banks and schools are closed). These include Martin Luther King Jr, Presidents Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day.
Dog Walks
Dog walks will be started within a 2-hour window from the scheduled time. For example, if you schedule a walk for 12 PM, the walker will arrive at your apartment between 12 PM and 2 PM.
Exceptions can be made for dogs with special needs, like puppies or pups that need medication at a certain time. Let us know if you have a situation like that and we’ll do our best to make sure your care needs are met.
