Guest Speaker
Rick Cerrone, former Director of Publicity for the NY Yankees, was our speaker today. A Yorktown native, he told us that his life changed when his school Guidance Counselor asked him what he wanted to do with his life and he answered that his goal was to be in charge of publicity for the Yankees. He asked if we had made a difference in someone’s life today, adding that one never knows how our actions or conversations can point someone in a different direction. He told us some interesting anecdotes of how he had impacted lives without intentionally doing so. Thank you for your presentation, Rick; you are a very kind person. Please come again.
